Australian National Folk Festival, Alice Springs.

At the Anzac Oval last night, sandwiched between performances by Eric Bogle and Dougie MacLean was another Scottish artist, Wally Allan. In an all- too- short spot he delighted the audience with his songs, humour and brilliant guitar style. ..... Every year the festival turns up an unexpected gem. This was it.
